Bliss Ecospray

The Bliss Ecospray is an aeroconfined sprayer that treats each side of the vine row.

The process is a physical solution to prevent any pesticide leakage during application by means of an impassable air gap. The basic principle involves trapping the product sprayed through the nozzles inside a ring of air projected at high speed. This barrier is physically impossible for the product to pass through, so it is forced to settle on the vegetation. To ensure the total deposit of the treatment product, the device is designed to work by simultaneously treating both sides of the vegetation (i.e. of the vine row). Thus, at the heart of the vine row, the two air gaps meet and create a highly turbulent flow, which ensures that the product remaining in suspension is deposited on the vegetation.

The advantages are as follows:
§ A drastic reduction in drift (90% reduction in losses to the air and 50% reduction in losses to the soil under the vine)
§ More efficient spraying in the heart of foliage up to 1.5 m thick
§ A more than 50% increase in the evenness of the deposit.
§ Reduced size and weight (compared with recovery panels)
§ Adaptability to all types of sprayers

Thanks to these results, Bliss Ecospray has obtained 5 m NTZ approval and was published in the Official Journal in June 2022.
