Submitting project

You can complete your on-line registration for the SIVAL Innovation Competition here.

You can submit a maximum of 2 files per company.
Whenever possible, your application should be submitted in French.

SIVAL Innovation contest is free of charges for SIVAL exhibitors. You need to use your access codes that were provided to you for your booth registration.

The Varietal Innovation category is open to all companies, including non-exhibiting companies. A financial contribution of €300 (excluding tax) will be requested.

To prepare the information that will be useful for on-line submission, please consult the following documents:

You can save your file, print it and come back to modify it before final approval.

Your application will contain 4 sections:

  • Section 1: Your contact information
  • Section 2: Public presentation of your innovative product-service
  • Stage 3-1: Private information for the jury about your innovation
  • Stage 3-2: Private information for the jury, supporting statements about the innovative features and benefits of proposed solution

Please note

The jury pays close attention to the quality of the information provided in stages 3-1 and 3-2 of your file.

Industrial property

Exhibitors need to ensure that their industrial property rights are protected and corresponding patents registered. SIVAL and Members of the Jury cannot be held responsible for any inadvertent disclosure of projects during the review period or any disclosure after deliberation.

Vous trouverez votre identifiant dans votre dossier exposant. You will find your username in your exhibitor file.
Your password is the one you already used when registering for the trade show. If you no longer remember it, you can request a new one by logging in via the following link: HERE. 

Le nouveau mot de passe sera envoyé à l’adresse e-mail du responsable du stand ayant effectué l’inscription au salon. 

The new password will be sent to the email address of the stand manager who completed the trade show registration.
